I thought "Jaal the trap" was one underrated film that most Sunny Deol fans don't remember but happy to see that they covered this as well 😀

In UP, Bihar sunny deol is mostly watched by public on tv, even 10 year ago villagers rent tv and dvd and plays sunny deols movies i watched during those times in village became fan of his unique peraonality.

at his peak sunny deols best quality was that even when he is angry, he looks innocent and never villanous

Ghatak was truly awesome movie!!! Unpopular opinion, I loved it more than Gayal or Gadar 🙈 Shubam is laughing on Ghatak's dialogues but they were truly emotional and damn good scenes/ movie

Sunny Deol's Jeet and Arjun were the best performances of his life.

His 80s movies are great too. Betaab, Sunny, Yateem, Dacait, Arjun, Soni Mahiwal etc were some of the best movies of his career. Arjun was a turning point.

After Gadar 2 I revisited some of his old clips and realised sunny deol was never properly utilised from 2003-2014 period. I don't know much about industry politics but it really felt he was sidelined 😢.

actually no. people got bored bcz he got stuck to movies with similar storylines in one way or the other.... in 80s wid love stories, early 90s wid social/ society issues n after darr in late 90s-early 2000s Indo-pak issues( including Border which also was a multistarrer n Gadar). he tried different action/suspense thriller roles in a few like Arjun Pandit/Lakeer/ Right ya wrong etc. but didn't work well. actual problem to see is when one movie goes hit then he tends to do same type of movies on n on. you can also check in recent times when apne became hit wid his father n brother, he went on to make yamla pagla deewana which had 3 sequels... 3rd being the final bcz it flopped badly. one other factor to his downfall in 90s was Darr from where srk rose to stardom....his stammering kiran dialogue. do you remember any of sunny's dialogue in darr? even @mensxp forgot to mention this movie of his😂 he could have been revived like Sunjay dutt (Munna bhai MBBS) but he couldn't i guess. in 2010s his only movie i remember n also saw in theatre was Singh saab the great. as it was shot in my college during my first year n we went to check for my frns n batchmates if they made it in the scene... well they did... amongst the crowd😂 P.S they actually bunked the sessional practicals for it😂

@@nitlover8319 what project could have suit him at that time? if we compare the heroes of his own time (80s) during the 2003 period eg; sunjay dutt, jackie shroff, anil kapoor, govinda etc out of these only sunjay had active roles mostly as underworlds/ crime. rest all were on the same phase as him. infact, govinda n anil kapoor were no where around. it was around 2007 that all of em made a come back through multistarrer films. sunny is more than lucky enough n privileged of what he got n have... including his house right now 😂

WTf is shubham laughing at when Rajesh is explaining ghatak’s storyline. It’s an absolute cult movie. The story, action, Sunny’s acting. Probably his best work. It’s my favourite childhood movie, followed by Arjun.

After Amitabh Bachchan, there's no other actor in Indian cinematic history who ran movies to blockbuster with his dialogue delivery and natural tough guy persona as did Sunny Paaji.

After 2001, there were new directors and they didn't knew how to use sunny deol in movies....i really want to see him more in this type of movies.

Indians are going to crazy for this movie. Because Bollywood Make only Western glamorous movies, But this movies feel is ours. 🙏🙏

Sunny Deol's power punches always looks believable even though the entire idea of punching someone to sky is unrealistic, unlike Shahrukh's or Salman's or Akshay's

Not only does it have iconic dialogues like "Agar tune meri zindagi ki taraf aankh uthakar bhi dekha; toh teri zindagi mein aaise aaise scene likh doonga; joh na tune kabhi dekhe honge na sune honge"', but the storyline is remarkable, and Sunny Deol's character as Devdhar surely stands out. It definitely deserves a mention when discussing Sunny Deol's iconic roles. Baaki maja aaya video dekhke ! Keep making such content !

I remembered that's my father's cut the cable connection because I watched too many cartoons those days....and I have a vcd player and 5 VCDs one of which is GHATAK.....and I watched GHATAK atleast 2-3 times a weak ..... amazing time ❤😙

Amazing episode as always Shubham-Rajesh ❤ Loved it thoroughly 😂 Shubham was perfect today... He used to talk and share his heart out without any restrictions that's why he shined. A very fun and nostalgic episode, i laughed out loud throughout. I would like to mention my top 5 Sunny Deol picks Ghayal Ghatak Indian Gadar Jeet Sunny deol was an emotion for all of us 90's, 80's kids back then. A great personality ❤

There was something very authentic about Sunny, he also looked incredibly tough. He made a series of great movies early in his career but his later movies after Gadder were just loud and too much shouting.

14:20 Actually, Sunny Deol and SRK never got on good on terms after "Darr" because that movie gave huge stardom to SRK because of his iconic portrayal of a stalker and Sunny felt sidelined and he was extremely pissed off.

Rajesh explained it really well and Shubham enjoys rajesh stories alot ..love you bros ❤

You missed Anil Sharma's HERO (love story of a spy) ✌️👌 ... A genuinelly well made & entertaining action/thriller flick with pretty decent screenplay, plot 🙌 It will keep you thoroughly engaged despite its long runtime ! Again, (like majority of Sunny's filmography) 😹 it has Amrish Puri playing role of a Pakistani villian . Lol Honestly speaking, I would rate it way above Indian, Champion, salaakhen... Which were more of cringe fests !
