Yeah, Taemin and his sexy, breathy voice gives so much extra flavor to their songs. I really like the oriental vibe of Tiger Inside and overall I totally enjoy this track. Btw Taemin releases his new album on September 7 with title track Criminal, I really hope you will react to this song!

hope you know that both 100 and tiger inside are not even the title track. so i guess thematically jopping and 100 could be considered in the same category, but they play different roles in their discography as a whole. also it’ll help if you listen to the rest of their music, the songs are pretty diverse, from “i can’t stand the rain” to “no manners”

Make this a top comment. I totally agree with u! I strongly believe that if ever u going to criticize someone's music, make sure u already listen to their entire discography first. It's baseless if u going to judge their musicality based on one or two songs. But we do have our own opinions and i respect him for that. I just want to say this so that his judgment would be fair.

This is to correct some misconception of SuperM as KPop Avengers....they didn't mean to be superior among others, but them coming from different groups (EXO, Shinee, NCT, WayV) and forming one group. And equipped with different amazing talents they formed as SuperM

15:30 yess he is Ten. he is a phenomenal dancer. check out his solo song and dance practice and performance from hit the stage. you will be in awe.

Mark explained it like this. The message they are trying to send us, the fans, is that there is a Tiger Inside all of us, like a wild side of us and we should let it out. And during Baekhyun and Taemin's bridge part, it kind of conveys that message well. "The key is inside of you" meaning show the tiger inside you and escape the cage that you have let yourself in. They don't want to be tamed like Taeyong said in the first line he had: "dont try to tame me anymore". This also shows when they say "dont tie me, tie me, up". Also, they are being provoked, Kai sings "I wont bite you if you let me be, I bring out my teeth when you get on my nerves", there are more examples such as this one throughout. Then Lucas comes in and goes "So bring it on, bring it on", so they kinda said f it and let loose lol. And I think on that last rapping part with Taeyong and Mark they're saying how they have escaped saying "everybody's after me" Basically, let the tiger inside you out, and don't let anyone tame you, let people know that you have a limit and you have this wild side if you are being provoked. There are probably more examples of this in the lyrics throughout the whole song so you guys should comment more or correct me if I'm wrong please. Hopefully this helped you understand the song as a whole :)

I felt the EXACT same way with this! (and most people do luckily!) SuperM has so much potential, but it's hard to unleash all of that in a single song, but this song DID IT. Lyrics, choreo, vocals, rap, instrumental, composition (holy shit three different parts in a chorus???? and it's all melodic??), visuals, styling. EVERYTHING came together. I feel most people are hypercritical of SuperM because there's really high expectations, but now that it actually met (and slightly exceeded) those expectations, I really don't know a better release this year. About the general opinion, most people are really positive about the song, but there is a loooooot of backlash that they need to crawl back from with the previous release 100. I hope it's able to spread in the end

People hypercritical them because most of them are the contra teams and many ppl think that this group was made for beat another kpop group or smth like that. Fyi 100 is a representative song for michelin car week that's why the song is so techno and the mv is related to cars and sm is such an experimental company compared to the others.

But you literally don't see anyone else pulling off these (hard-to-do-heavenly)-high notes in majority of all their songs do you? Nope. No one. Its not even normal to pull off. im so glad u like the song! this song is a banger and the choreography is perfection. for the lyrics maybe u should also watch the lyric video, the lyrics is more easy to understand there, as the translation is pretty different.

i think the lyrics are pretty on the nose actually, they literally say stuff like "bite your worries", "don't tame me anymore", "a fire that's about to start inside" etc. it's a song about awakening "your inner tiger", your inner strength and to realise that others can't stop you and that the key/potential is already inside you, you just need to use it

For jopping's lyrics, it was the debut so it was sort of an introductory song like hyping themselves up. The rest of the songs in that mini album had better lyrics, give those a chance. 🙂 100 is not the title track though (I didn't like 100 😅) Neither is Tiger Inside (this one I love!!). They are both pre-releases. Title track will come out I believe in the 25th of Sep.

@@merrygoround6890 its not these are b side tracks. And title tracks are usually powerful for SM. They went all out with music quality production. The mv itself is not high budget as these are not title tracks, but certsinly more than most side track videos. :) The title track is "One".

He is the main dancer in WayV and main vocalist. In my opinion Ten is the best dancer (+Taemin, Kai, Taeyong).
