yes . Each of them expresses her success in her individual work. And she made a big name for herself. Until they are still the girls who sang about their dreams, and now they are women who sing about their success and achieving these dreams, and no matter what happens, they are one person forever.

there is no lead in the chorus! it's what makes snsd group singing so crazy and good-it sounds like 1 person with a lot of layering despite the girls having such different vocal colors

So to basically put it, "FOREVER1" is a song, and the title track made by songwriter Kenzie and she is also the one who made "Into the new world " their debut song. So this song is the one that can really define the legacy of Girls Generation going forward. And you are right about their individual careers. Yes. They are showing their solo careers on their solo shots. Taeyeon being a singer with the live Band, Hyo being a DJ, Yoona, Yuri, Seohyun, Sunny and Sooyoung being actresses or entertainers (Big screen, Small screen, Radio DJ and Stage plays), Tiffany being an international Music artist and artist in a musical (the things she was given like with the title "Holiday" is actually a script.

And also, in 16:29, the instrumental used in that part is the instrumental in the intro part of their Debut song, Into The New World. There were also some choreos in the MV that was also used in their previous songs. :)

YOU REALLY NEED TO CHECK THIS ALBUM Sooyoung and Tiffany wrote 2 songs for this album (Seventeen and Villain) this album is very special.

I'm not a Sone but I like this song a lot, strong nostalgic 2nd gen vibes with a modern production makes it a really pleasant and catchy EDM track. It was also my first SNSD album that I listened from start to finish and I enjoyed it, some really good bsides, my personal favorites are Lucky Like That and Paper Plane. But I second Villain and You Better Run recommendations, they are darker and edgier, something that Aaron tends to like.

This album is really a celebration of SNSD’s 15th Anniversary and despite of being so busy with their individual careers they made this happen because of their love to SONEs. They really sacrificed a lot for this comeback. When this mv was released, it’s funny because we were crying but the song is upbeat 😂 You got the meaning behind the mv, it showed their individual activities and then, at the last part it showed that they came together. There were hidden meanings with the lyrics and the mv and music itself such as the they insert the ITNW beat, “I love you, you would say out loud” on Seohyun’s part since it’s part of ITNW as well and it was used in different parades, rallies etc in SK, and the part that “I will love you again in my next life” there’s a saying in SONEs and Soshi that if they will be SNSD in their next life, we will be a SONE in our next life. That’s why, this comeback is very emotional for us. As a SONE for 13 years, I am happy that I stan the right group. Also, you have to check out the bsides in the album because all of it ARE SO GOOD. They participated in songwriting, directing, etc.

The line dancers; Hyoyeon, yuri, Sooyoung, YoonA. Their vocals are so good.

You should react to forever 1 full album. The other song in that album is so good 🤩✨

I’m not sure if you noticed later on but if you check Forever1’s bridge, it’s actually based on ITNW’s intro. Holiday is actually one of their title tracks from their 2017 comeback. Some scenes in the MV showcases different signs/resemblance from their old MVs 💖

The beside - track of this album is crazy, especially VILLAIN,i think you will like it.

So bad we still want an OT9 but we all do love Jessica and since SME announced SNSD is an eight official members,we still get the vibe and energy from our Senior Sunbaenims.If you noticed the bridge part,they used the key of "Into the new world" in that part and that made me emotional. The Goddess of Sound from SMCU. I really like their new album, their vocals👌 (the harmony... SNSD style that I miss the most). Although there are some songs that are not my type but their voices make me keep listening to the whole album until the end.

U really should react to the full album so legendary👑💗, GIRLS GENERATION ARE LEGENDS ALL SONGS ON POINT❤️❤️They had a hand in producing and writing lyrics too, and of course they are professionals, I mean 15 years is enough for them to gain all this professionalism, experience and confidence. And that's what made them taller, and all these years they're always in first place🥇 And what should you know that the MV Made by scenes and quotes, posters in mv from their past songs, there are costumes and scenes from their past songs, especially the song INTW💗 their debut song Her melody is identical to the first melody in this song.

This group has been present for half of my life, it's been 10 years of appreciating, loving and growing with them. Thank you so much for this reaction, for such a special and long-awaited comeback. A lot of us really thought we weren't going to see Girls' Generation together again as a group. I think it's very important that you react to the whole Album, because it's a masterpiece. Your right, you can't get a 2020's sound in 2010! Younger people rarely appreciate the music of the past, so no big deal. I graduated high school in 1982. Loved 80's and some late 70's rock and metal. Anything before that time sounded dated, which it was. So is the way of the world of music. There is one undisputable fact about Girl's Generation vocally. They were and still are the gold standard in Kpop, and for many of us fans, in any music genre. Out of the nine original members of GG, five or six of them would be the best singer in Twice or Black Pink. GG's overabundance of quality singers will most likely never be seen again in a girl group. You mentioned Sunny's light voice that you liked so much. For many of us long-time fans, we know she was forced to sing in that register too much. Finally, in the video "You think," they let her sing with power! The first time I heard that video, I screamed "Where has this Sunny been for the last 10 years!" Sunny was made to be cute and to sing cute. But she has much more to give vocally. That happens in the Kpop biz. From my understanding, Rosie in BP is also told to sing in that American nasal voice sound.

What I've found that has helped others enjoy 2nd gen music is showing them the live/concert versions of the songs. Especially if it's older SM songs because the live vocals of SM artists will just blow you away. I think you may have started to notice this as you've also begun to react to live versions when listening to new songs.

Yeah he has the same issue with most SHINee older tracks but liked the live performances for them way more. 2nd gen and especially SM artists have the best vocals, dance, stage presence and just powerful performances in every sense.

Yup it probably also helps that some older songs get fresh arrangements in the concerts, but even without i think anyone can appreciate SM vocals and performance value through lives

@@Lawol Yes, exactly! I usually have to listen to the concert versions of most 2nd gen songs that are overly autotuned (Ring Ding Dong, Sorry Sorry, Mr. Simple just to name a few).

In 9:10 : It wasn't surprising for me for you to like Sunny's vocals in her strongest voice register. After all, Sunny's head voice is the strongest out of all the members.

Taeyeon, Seohyun and Tiffany are great singer, but Sunny tone is very beautiful idk how to describe it. She give so much flavor to the song. SNSD vocal line is the best. Also the other member have beautiful voice and singing technique too Yuri & Sooyoung have alot of line, YoonA & Hyoyeon line show their beautiful voice. THIS SONG IS BEAUTIFUL. Yes, SNSD member have different vocal tone/voice. Every member have their own character. But when they singing together, they become one. Their union sound technique IS CRAZY.

the old sound you are hearing because they comissioned Kenzie who made their debut song ITNW (2007). Since it's SNSD's 15th anniversary, the girls specifically said that they want an ITNW feels thus if you listen to the instrumental alone, you will hear hints of ITNW but with modern twist :) Btw, thank you for your reaction. 😄
