They probably timed the ending to perfection considering the backup dancers don't have IEMs 😎 if there's stage monitors then maybe they could use the ending syth humming as a reference, then again, it's really soft in the background after all the other instruments go silent..

It's just them counting 1 to 8 to do the final pose, tho it's still amazing cause it's very hard to have an obvious cue, and they might mentally count differently. Definitely requires a lot of practice and presence of mind while performing 💕💕
