You have to set the personality traits of the characters before starting movie mode to change how they react to things, so you can really just use movie mode from the beginning and get different endings without actually playing the game

Who would wanna watch this if it was a movie??? Pretty much everything about it sucks except being able to murder poorly written teenagers

You forgot the best part of the game: going to the settings and selecting the option where the game plays itself so you can sit back and watch a movie.

@@zachtwilightwindwaker596 You can preset each character’s choices by choosing their personalities and behavior, like make them more altruistic or have them freeze up when things go wrong. It’s unlocked after finishing the game once.

Say what you want about the game, but you can't deny that it gave us one of the best video game characters ever: the funny, charming, adorable, handsome, badass, heroic, precious, amazing Dylan Lenivy, aka The Grabber.

That guy was actually the best. I don't play these kinds of games, so I just watched some people do it and pretty much everyone loves the guy. He also feels the most real and has some of the best dialogue. Most of the other characters I didn't much care for, but him and Kaitlyn were great. Laura's a close runner-up.

Teen Wolf: Summer Camp is perfection as a title

Beat this game a few days ago. Really fun game, definitely more in line with "Until Dawn" as a throwback to classic 80's slasher movies, as well as monster movies. Also gotta love the designs for these Werewolves, kinda has a body horror vibe ala David Cronenberg.

Watched a terrific walkthrough earlier this month It was pretty creative what they did with the werewolves; when they change their human flesh bursts off When they’re cured their wolf flesh bursts off too Strange how they had no hair though I like how it changes up the usual lore Until Dawn was scarier imo but this was a decent follow up

This is the ultimate evolution of modern gaming. A movie with chores, extra steps, and a huge front load cost.

Played this game, this is accurate.

Don't forget Lin Shaye, horror legend who acts her ass off even in the silliest shlock. Don't watch her in Kingpin though. THAT was a mistake, one of the unfunniest and just plain grossest attempts at a "comedy" I've seen.

Acknowledge? I'll acknowledge that aside from Brenda Song and Ted Raimi, there is a lot of wasted talent here: Winter is barely a main character, Smith's character sucks up screen time he does NOT deserve, Sage's importance quickly deteriorates, and Arquette and Henriksen, arguably the people I was most looking forward to see, are barely in it. Huge props for Ted Raimi though. Travis really stole the show.

True story: Ted raimi taught me how to take selfies the right way at my job. And you didn't even mention the games almost 200 endings

I loved pulling out that groovy chainsaw and hacking off that guys hand. Thanks for the evil dead reference Supermassive.

This game had moments where I was like "Wow, this is like some legitimately quality writing & dialogue", definitely showed improvements from Until Dawn. Unfortunately, I think they REALLY dropped the ball with the endings. It struck me like the main story (and optional sub-plots) was clearly unfinished and production deadlines forced some content to be streamlined or cut.

there was also a lot of polish missing and the main plot involving a freak show still running in 2016 was just bizarre. did you catch that the camp store wasn't built at the beginning of camp? in the intro you can't see it to the right of the main lodge but it is clearly there in all of the other chapters.

In the beginning I thought that the dialogue was written by an AI, because it sounded like it.

I actually thought Brenda Song actually died and I just missed it. She's still kicking btw, or at least that's what I can find from a quick google.

they are actually too white to be natural, everything from alcohol to plants stain your teeth a very slight yellow and whitening processes cause heavy damage to the enamel.

Do an Honest Game Trailer double feature of Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and 2 (like how Screen Junkies did an Honest Trailer double feature of Cars 1 and 2) now that Xenoblade 3 is almost out!!!!!!!

I think i played through the story at least 4 times. First time blind and lost 2 characters, second time to do the opposite of what i chose the first time, 3rd time so everyone died and 4th time so everyone lived and got infected. I had a lot of fun with this game. Really liked the characters and the atmosphere.

Missed the fact that in the end, the game plays an extremely jubilant song (very 'appropriate') as it shows you the corpses of your unfortunate counsellors just because you screwed up 5% of the QTEs. And then wait out a 15min podcast that beats around the bush, as you sit and wait to see if the surviving characters will be interviewed like in until dawn.

That podcast was just awful. If you're going to to try to get people to wait out the entire credits roll, at least do something vaguely entertaining.

Don’t understand how people are so mad at Jacob over everyone else. Jacob is an immature man child that wanted to spend another night with his ex. Everyone fucking destroys him for it. It’s non stop, every time someone opens their mouth it’s to tell Jacob what a useless waste of human life he is. There are maybe two likeable characters in the whole thing, mostly because everyone is such a piece of shit. Then you get the writing… oh god the writing. People stare straight at really obvious shit and say “that’s not a werewolf that’s clearly a bear” or see a man’s face on a security camera before it gets broken and decide to ignore it completely.

Loved your work on the new actual rift breaker trailer.

As much as I love the campy cheesiness of The Quarry and its groundbreaking predecessor Until Dawn, I think that Supermassive has some kind of anti-bear agenda in their works. You see a lot of it here and to some degree in Until Dawn. Bear lives matter, people. (bear roar) 😊

Man that swarm of bear line it’s something that I believe someone that main language it’s Spanish like me would make and not someone that was born speaking English hehehe so that line corrected me as well but overall story was fun

The onster isn't even a quarter as unhinging as that uncanny valley effect. Jesus, every character looks like a talking mannequin.

While most folk monsters have a long mythos that stretches back into obscurity, werewolves actually don't. There's no mention of them anywhere until one year in Medieval Germany where, as far as the literary record shows us, everybody suddenly knew about them and believed in them overnight. Makes you wonder why...
