Hi, yes, I suppose it should be easier if your expertise falls under critical skills. You should first negotiate with your employer to grant you a CSEP. In most cases, and in a good companies, they are able to apply it for you and also bear the cost of it. You can self sponsor, but need documentation support from your employer, but this should be your secondary option and should not be brought up until you are absolutely sure your company wont grant you one! Hope this answers your question!

Hi! At this time, Ireland is not a great market for freshers. Better would be to work in India and then look at moving for masters.
Hey rhea please help me with some questions I have ... As u are being there since 5 years you might have gained alot of knowledge about the job market over there so please let me know which are someone postgraduate programe which has good scope and have higher chances to get job if one is consistent ... Also I have heard this from many influencers that Ireland is a IT hub and has massive opportunity! but for those who are not from IT background and have 0 knowledge about it then what are the courses for them which will prove better for them because I'm planing to come to Ireland by the end of the year but as I'm not much rich kind of I'll be talking education loan with the belief that I'll be stable there and it will change my life in all aspects( personal growth , financial growth , international exposure etc ) atleast I believe I'll grow there in all aspects as compared to India because even India has job crises and many are unsatisfied ...so please guide 🙏 hoping a reply !

Hi the fields that have high demand are IT, Business/Finance/Accountancy/Pharma at this point! Then for non tech Marketing/Supply Chain/Management for international students these have some scope. Would highly recommend considering the job market for immigrants as your main factor, as Ireland is too expensive to come here if you know you may not be able to land a good job
How did you make connections with people that helped you?
