    f23a shares a valve and valve spring with a j30a1. that means j30a4 35/30mm valves fit in f23a heads and j32a2 valve springs.

    @@760rudogg better head flow and the ability to run a bigger cam profile. f23a can see 300cfm with +1mm valves and mild port work. you can also use j30a1 or j30a4 pistons in a f23a to raise compression, or use k20 pitsons. jdm f23a have different valves than usdm head. just a little lighter.

    I agree Arch ... Kids these days don't know to use a paint can lid to drain the fuel bowl into when you change the jets or powervalve. Back in my car club days I was the guy to see for triple sidedrafts and dual point distributors. I prefer fuel mapping and ez timing curves over recurving a distributor any day. P.S. Please don't mention how slow our fast race cars were to the young ones.

    A split crank pin even fire V6 is actually pretty smooth, but another thing that makes it smooth is overlapping power strokes compared to a 4 cyl. Love the V6's. They sound incredible and have gobs of torque...best of both worlds, honestly. I built a Hyundai 2.7 and it sounds insane revved out to 8k. Seeing the J series take off is really awesome. A V6 definitely benefits/requires a tungsten slug crank rebalance when running heavier rods/pistons, but it's totally worth it if you're going to rev it high...smooth as glass and the mains will last a lot longer.

    First we Apologize for any inconveniences or dissatisfaction..however with that said, in order to serve our customers to the fullest and to be sure you're taken care of, we must first be notified if you're unsatisfied. We have over 100+ emails and phone call records from you, none of which state anything close to being dissatisfied and certainly not us "screwing you over". To the contrary, we have many emails of us doing everything we could to help you being you stated you had little money but had parts. After our transaction we haven't heard a word. Usually we don't do this (take parts as payment) but we even took parts in exchange for most of your work. Furthermore you even stated how other companies screwed you over (Healtoe, Tractuff, etc) and thanked us for the help. We are extremely confused, maybe someone got to your ear, but everything we have in our records indicates a cordial transaction and nothing but satisfaction and us helping you, even when low on money.

  • @halferlandperformanceprodu9385

    @halferlandperformanceprodu9385

    Жыл бұрын

    Explain how we royally screwed you over? We have text and emails from you stating Healtoe, Tractuff, and another guy that built your engine which you blew up and he refused to rebuild it for you...that all those people screwed you over. We have emails of us buying (not selling) runners from you and us possibly selling you parts. Outside that we don't have any complaints, emails asking us to rectify any issues. Seems you're doing the same thing to us that you did with Healtoe and Tractuff, but we actually shipped in a timely manner. To prove this, your area code is 702 and within those text you state and I quote here directly from you "Everyone has been really screwing me around lately. Waiting on parts ordered from tractuff in stock talked to the owner personally. Bought from heeltoe. 3 months ago. No word yet and messaged twice. Wrong parts sent, parts supposed be refunded going different direction, mailed to me. It's sad I'm losing faith in quality companies communicating and custom service, fixes"....now P2R does a video, you never mentioned a word of being unsatisfied and make this comments . If Sean can handle customers such as yourself, more power to the man, he deserves the money LOL. We take our pride and mental health too seriously to deal with this type of situation, but as all of our validated online store purchases and 5star reviews prove we also rectify any issues if brought to our attention (again, zero word from you about being unsatisfied). Along with that we even answered ever single question of the 40+ emails and text back and forth, responses to messages way outside business hours (10-11pm)...again we have not seen any complaint. After our transaction that was it. Maybe someone got your ear and "Told you" something, but we're not sure how that equates to us "screwing you over". Now there's 33 people that think we screwed you over, good luck to Sean if he ever gets on your bad side or is slow in shipping something

    @@simonaldridge4099 From what we understand he was unsatisfied with his PnP intake manifold from 2-3 years ago. We were never notified of any issues, until we saw this comment. We corresponded with him through one email recently, explained and provided explanation/proof to what he said was not accurate ( he said we damaged his top plate but he never sent us a top plate, we requested photos of the manifold and told him we would port exactly to his liking but he never responded)...may we remind you this order is 2-3 yrs old and we never heard anything negative until stumbling upon this comment. He also try to state we 'held parts hostage " which undoubtedly was inaccurate, there was a spacer that wasn't packed with his order and we have tracking showing it shipped out literally a day later. We informed the customer we would take the IM back and rectify any issues or address anything he didn't like (he stated something about a number casting still being present and explained our porting philosophy which is Dyno proven and backed, and that it was a misunderstanding, if we removed that mark the floor of the port wouldn't flow properly or to the fullest) and we haven't received a response back. If he reads this, we are still open to rectifying any issues he may have had ..but we must be notified of the issue (not 3 years later, even now we are still open to reworking his IM though the order is extremely dated). We also posted a Can video recently on our channel, going over some of the blaten misleading in the industry on cams, proving we've done the R&D, our cams are Dyno backed in all setups, our projected gains are spot on etc.

  • @unknownbikes5178

    @unknownbikes5178

    Жыл бұрын

    @@simonaldridge4099 @Simon Aldridge first off, this was so blantent of poor quality, craftsmanship, that if you are a man and can put your name on that work. I never really needed to correspond again, but sure don't want a scam artist in our community, and HalferScam is his name. 1. I paid for opening my manifold, stage 3 and PNP, I etched my initials in a brand new raw 3.7 manifold.got back a used 3.7 manifold. Not opened, with a barrel sander making Hugh divits at the bend, he only went in to polish and make look pretty not open PNP gain HP. Also, got sent back a used what HalferScam calls top plate, I never sent him a top plate. The manifold comes raw or with the top manifold half in silver from the factory. Of course mine was nasty, rusted inside, and I told him I was going to boriscope it. It wasn't opened still to this day the boriscope spoke for itself. Also so again blatant scamming. 2. The PNP runners were barely ported, no initials so not mine, which isn't a big deal if I got a PNP job not a polish job, maybe polished, but you can still see the #2 mark cast in the runner. He says through there RnD that the runners are specifically different sizes for optimal ho gains. My micrometer showed no consistency over any ports nor a smaller to larger ports as he stayed in his videos. 3. Throttle body venti effect and knife edge on throttle blade. The throttle blade knife edge is really take it off and use a grinder to ruin it, no consistency, and couldn't use that 70-80 shawd TB again without a new throttle blade , raggedy with gaps, car would probably idle at 2k. At least my initials came back and was my part. Everyone gets the 70-78 it's half the price 4. He only had 70-78 thermal gaskets. I got back a thermal gasket that looked like a razor blade was used all shattered and unusable. 5. We discussed gasket matching everything, nothing was gasket matched, not 1 gasket, spacer, outlaw gasket discontinued was even touched, to gasket match. 6. His spark plugs WOW almost blew my engine they don't come packaged and the ceramic coatings on 2 literally disintegrated. Not positive but I think Chinese knock offs. 7. He said I couldn't pay for my parts and needed to trade. I bought 4 purchases before I asked you if you needed some parts so on your slow times you could work get an order and ship. I have 10 TLs of course I have parts sure let's trade. But don't act like I'm broke and you helped me out, while begging for the 3 cam sets pronto pronto I have customers waiting. Not waiting when we spoke about it just, I need them now I have customers to scam, and 6 runners, which you made me pay shipping for while holding my finished parts from shipping until you got both boxes. I don't blame you scam artists don't want there poor quality work shown before they get your $ and parts. 8. Communication started after I placed my 4th order, HalferScam saw me as an easy cash cow. 9. He said I bashed my other vendors, we spoke and I had acouple small issues with shipping, or parts in stock, but made it seem like they were all screwing me, when I didn't put it like that I love my real J series quality vendors. Of course I will have issues I purchase hundreds of J series parts. 9. I would never send any parts to him after this ordeal. I probably wouldn't even get them back is how I feel after the audacity, poor quality craftsmanship, lies about his capabilities, or projecting those capabilities into a quality product. He did say he would do the manifold recently in a email literally dismissing every issue I had like he was God and the almighty correct. I 1000% ignored it. I didn't even make it through the whole email since it was so disrespectful to blame blame blame, excuse excuse excuse. 10. How long did he have my parts months possibly 6, excuse after excuse, I was moving, someone screwed me over, my stuff is everywhere I'll get to it. Blah blah blah. Every excuse in the book. 11. Yes I ghosted him, cut all ties, didn't tell him about his shawty work. It was self-explanatory that this was all done to put money in his pocket advertising quality craftsmanship and sending absolute junk. I didn't answer his email it would have made me upset. He had an excuse or didn't take responsibility for literally anything. Stating I only purchased a stage one or two stage 3 is where we open it up. Then why'd you take my stage 3 money. Disagreed with anything I complained about. You can't put Faith in people who show you over and over and over again,degradation negativity, halferscam is nothing more than a confidence man, with a KZread channel that fabricates. And make himself look like he's a king. 12. Even taking credit for other people's hard work like Bertha's intake manifold that Paul did, and one of his videos he talks about how no one could get it to idle right until he did his special trick. Paul in the J series community is a pioneer. 13. Coming soon years ago a procharged kit. Years later coming soon a turbo kit. All I can say is stay away it's your prerogative if you'd like to give him your money get poor communication, excuses, subpar products. Hit up Sean at p2r he literally made almost everything right that HalferScam did. We're talking real research and development from cams to heads to tools new innovative parts all high quality and the same pricing basically the difference between a guy working in a shed who thinks he knows everything verse a company that distributes products all over the world has bona fide race cars, a KZread channel that actually explains things not just take my word for it. Simon, whatever he offers you just call Sean or one of his great employees and have them do a BC Regined for you. I ended up going with the VTech killer cam. VTech all the time baby. If I continue to see HalferScam, mention or talk about my name yes it was 2 or so years ago, I will take out all the parts open them up we can go through emails text messages and everything, and show you what kind of work comes from a scam artist that works out of his shed. I get it you got children to feed but so do the rest of us so don't scam no more people a matter of fact you shouldn't even be in the J series industry. I SAID GOOD DAY, HalferScam.

    I've worked with P2R to build my J32A2 CG1 Accord with a GTS3582 turbo and a six speed manual swap running on an AEM Series II 30-6051 standalone. I got my custom made ARP head studs, my Holley intake manifold, my Gates RPM timing belt, and some other odds and ends off of them. Unfortunately I had a student driver pull out right in front of me and my Accord was totaled. I bought a 2004 Acura TL, but it has the J32A3 in it and yeah, I could transfer the turbo onto it, but it's my daily and I'd like to keep it as stock as possible.

    On a serious note. I had a hose blow on one of my cars when i was young and i wrapped duct tape as wide as i could past the tear back and forth and it did not leak at all. It lasted however long i had it like that until i could buy a new one. It is a good thing to have in your vehicle.

    For tires like that on the dyno, I found heating them with a torch while in 1st works good to get em nice and tacky. When track slicks are cold theya re usually pretty slippery
