Soichiro Honda was such a great man.He opened factories and gave employment to thousands in Japan.Apparently the wages were not great but the workers and their families received free healthcare.He even had a holiday camp built where his employees could have cheap holidays.I read that all the bosses and the factory workers shared the same canteen and on Friday afternoon everybody joined in to clean the factory from top to bottom.And didn't that Honda 6 sound magnificent!
