What symptoms was the machine experiencing? I have a rubicon DCT with 5,000 miles and I am struggle with “banging” noise while up shifting.

what is the spec for the cluthes to be in? i am about to rebuild mine and was wondering what spec is to be able to know what thickness plate i need. thank you

how many hours/miles does this atv have? Having an issue where rancher is having troubles shifting gears and I'm 100% sure its the clutch. It makes a banging noise as it try's to shift. Just want an opinion before I decide to take things apart to do the replacement.

Is yours a DCT? If so you could possibly have an issue with your valve body.

@@brn2ride788 mine is a DCT, ES and Auto, the banging noise sounds like it is coming from the transmission, the atv runs fine when cold, it shifts perfectly when cold but when hot it has trouble shifting

@@wavyaltitude6041 I have the same problem, when cold the box works fine. When hot they start to fail and the changes get stuck. Could you solve it?

Where did you get the O-rings that go on the shaft because my clutch has no oil pressure

Here is the part # for the 4 seals that are on the shaft that the clutches slide onto, these are the right ones for my 2019 Rancher 22814-HP7-A01 I ordered them from Partzilla I was wrong in the video when I said Orings, they are actually a special hard plastic seal with a split
