Great video but I would not touch my pcx, original is better in my opinion. Only thing I would consider on the 2016 model is stiffer rear springs as I carry a pillion and it’s bouncy in pot holes and speed bumps 👎

Test with variator malossi to see the difference.

Did you put another belt ? I installed the same kit on my Pcx 125 and he doesn't pull from 0 to 30 and the maximum speed is 10km/h less than original.... the engine turns much more rational speed

The belt that was delivered was to short . 🙈 now we installed the correct belt but the issues stays the same. Have you installed the kit delivered spring to in the back or stayed with the original? Thnx

@@kimvandeginste9353 I've had similar experience. In 2022 I replaced the variator, the belt, the clutch with Polini parts and the pulley with RMS in my 2019 PCX, following the instructions from another Polish channel: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mKWosbCrerHWoKw.html. After that, I noticed: - my PCX would accelerate faster in the range from 0 to 80 km/h (it honestly gave me a lot of fun in the city) - the engine would work on higher rpm and take off a bit later - the fuel consumption would increase by like 0.3l-0.4l/100km - the vmax would drop by 10km/h. Besides, after some time I noticed an ugly jerking sound when taking off. I went to a mechanic and he said the belt was too ... large and replaced it with another one. It fixed the issue for a while but he was totally wrong and the new belt broke quickly. After that I went to another mechanic and he put back the Polini belt and cleared the remnants of the faulty belt. It revived my PCX but the jerking sound went back again after a while. I brought my PCX again to the second mechanic but he was unable to help and said apart from the sound, it was ok. I lost a lot of money in the process. I gave up. I accepted the jerking sound and after 1.5 years passed the test for the A category. I'm selling my PCX soon but need to bring back the stock parts first.

Dziś rozkładam silnik w pcx Cylinder Kit Malossi I-tech 170cm Wariator polini maxi hi-speed Sprzeglo polini maxi 3g Dzwon sprzęgła polini maxi evolution Pasek polini maxi aramid Cały kit w granicach 4.300 Jedynie przeciwtalerz seria narazie. Wszystko na SmugiMoto bo mam dobry kontakt z właścicielem i nikt taniej mi nie puści. Aktualnie vmax 104 a do setki to z 3 dni 😅. Ciekawe czy barierę 130 (gps) złapie. Bo to że na blacie pokazuje to w realu na gps pewnie 90/92.

Ok, ale przy np predkosci 80kmh są mniejsze obroty niż na starym wariatorze ? I jak się spalanie zmieniło?:D
