Good thing too they missed them so they didn't cause further damage. You should go back and see the first time the support team was deployed. Laughed so hard I had to pause the video until I could wipe the tears out of my eyes. (not sure which race that was, but was during season 4, race 1.

Rico The Robot was FAST! What a tragedy that he couldn't keep it on the track.

I believe the cars entered from around the globe are arranged originally by random draw. Susan will have to confirm that. For the next round, cars are seeded according to their best time in the qualifying round; not visual aesthetics. It's all done in the effort to be fair, but actually that can't be fully achieved until the races are expanded to 16 heats. That's being lobbied for, but then all of the waivers would have to be redone.
