Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has announced a voluntary recall for model H’ness CB350.
It has been identified that due to an improper process being followed to manufacture the rubber parts of rear stop light switch may lead to the development of crack on the rubber parts. This might cause water entry and corrosion inside the switch, leading the light to malfunction. Units manufactured between October 2020 to January 2023 are affected.
As a precautionary measure, the replacement of these affected parts will be carried out at BigWing dealerships across India starting from second week of December 2023. The replacement will be done free of cost irrespective of the warranty status of the vehicle.
This voluntary move is intrinsic to Honda’s pro-activeness, reinforcing its commitment to strengthen customer trust & confidence further enhancing ownership experience.
The overall activity will take approximately 1 Hour time. It is requested to take a prior appointment before visiting the dealership.
