Jab bike ki tunig kam rahti to clutch housing aawaz karti h...abhi aisa sound aaye to clutch dbakar chek karo sound chali jayegi. Ye normal h isse koi dikkat nhi
Easy Fix: Tappet need to be adjusted ! Clarence for intake - 0.08 mm Clearance for exhaust - 0.12 mm This spec is applicable on Hornet 160R , Unicorn 160 , X blade , and Shine

Hello thanks for this. I have seen many suggest the same value as you said. But in the user manual it has mentioned 0.24 instead of 0.12. May i know why please. Btw my bike is xblade and i am also having this sound issue

Its normal in hornet don't worry . .if sound is very loud, change spring damper, and taphead setting ,
It's not a problem yar just increase the rpm
mere paas bhi hornet hai mene abhi tk 1lakh cross kr diya hai ye sound sirf timming chain ka hai or tappid set krwa lo sb shi ho jaaega

Koi major issues nahi hai, jab engine free hone lagti hai to thoda sounds change hone lagti hai
Me also having same problem guyss.. can you say how much money takes to clear this problem

Firstly just let us know, how many kilometres you have driven the bike, If it is just between 20-30k kilometres than just change your engine oil (upgrade it to Motul or Castrol 15w40 or 10w40), then your problem will be solved

Bro, i just changed my engine oil and cleaned the air filter and my engine sound become normal now.

Valve tight karna, motul 20w50 dalo engine oil
My hornet started same sound after 22000 km. What is the solution. Smoothness of engine totally gone. मनं नही करता अब चला ने को

@sameer just use some premium engine oils like motul or Honda cbr engines oil from Honda, it will reduce the noise
