Hornet 2.0 : 1- All LED setup is amazing 2-Globally designed LED Indicators in models like CB1000r👌 3-Golden USD forks❤️ 4-Wider front & Rear Tyres by MAXXIS👌 5-Key on Tank like Big cc bikes 👌 6-40-45kmpl mileage with looks of 200cc bike👍 7-Low Compression Ratio- 9.5:1 leading to No Oil or Liquid cooling requirement.👍

Now cons- 1. Suspension is on stiffer side. Lacks absorption and comfort 2. Overpriced 3. Underpowered engine 4. USD forks are good to hear and to look at but not practical according to Indian conditions 5. Leg guard is just a crap. You've to install a aftermarket leg guard. I think better to go with Apache RTR 4V.

  • @abhishekagarwal3709

Chandradatta Kar 1- Suspension is adjustable you can have it done from any mechanic nearby. 2- Looking at Mid Range Torque for city riding and 40-45kmpl mileage in 184cc looks of 200cc not seems to be overpriced. Still 3k cheaper 3- I am an owner of Apache 200 4V same size leg guard is available it is not bullet in which you will use a big one for show off ,it is practical and well jammed with looks of a street bike. 5-Apache is also good but is common on roads with 2 colour options whereas Hornet is new and looks like globally designed models like CB190F with 4 colour options. See the LED indicators borrowed from CB1000r and Key on tank which adds some uniqueness to the bike. Apache is also good but for new customer when it comes to Oneplus 8 vs Oneplus 7 the new fresh looks and Uniqueness matters.

@@abhishekagarwal3709 Rear suspension is adjustable and for front you've to open it and change the oil quantity to customize. It should not be happened with such a bike which aims to be ridden within city and don't give you high power output. 2. USD forks are painful to maintain in indian terrain. It only looks and sounds good. Nothing else. 3. Now many manufacturers are offering full led package. Like Hero Xtreme 160R is offering all led set up. So nothing is extraordinary. 4. This engine is a existing unit which is used in CBF 190 globally. So it's a extension of Honda's PLC strategy. 5. When a customer will spend 1.5Lakh for a bike he'll definitely expect thrilling performance which is absent here with Hornet. 6. Only for looks one can buy Hornet else everything is better in its competitors. In short better to go with Apache RTR 4V or Pulsar 200 NS or RS.

I am coming back to this video so that new fellows looking forward to buying this bike can get some help. First thing, this is a gem of a bike. But yes my experience with this bike was not a straight pleasant road. There were ups and downs. Currently have ridden over 6k km and the engine of the bike is getting smoother day after day. The most important thing you have to keep in mind while buying this bike is that this bike has character. It's not at all comfortable for going at low speed. This engine likes to rev. You might feel that the bike is not running smoothly sometimes but just after you rev it hard the bike start to get smooth. This is what happens in the afternoon. In the morning and evening, the engine is more relaxed but yes in the afternoon also you can have a smooth ride if you rev hard and ride. But in cities mostly revving high is not possible so that's a huge downside that there is no liquid or oil cooling. And if you have riding gloves try riding with them and BELIEVE ME the experience changes so much! And I also tested mileage and got 47plus. So it's a really good deal. But that's not it there is a huge problem ⚠️, the suspension. It's okay for small holes in the road but if the road is really bad around your usual commute path then you will regret buying this bike. I have adjusted the mono-shock to absorb more shocks but still, it's not that comfortable, especially the front golden ones, but that gives additional confidence when cornering. This is a very corner-friendly machine. So in short, Bad road near your daily commute, don't buy this Otherwise, it's a best-in-class machine with a really promising engine from a trusted brand.

I am also planning to buy Hornet 2.0. Can I cruise at 100kmph on this? How is its rear brake? What is your feedback on build quality, specially around the tank? Your answers will help me a lot.

@@abdulateek3735 @Abdul Ateek build quality is top-notch. 100kmph cruising is easily possible as the bike has no vibration at all at top speeds. The tank is plastic but it's well made. My bike fell once and there was a screw loose from the tank's faring, even with that there was no vibration or sound at all. The rear brake is not great compared to the front. I mostly rely on the front brake and that is the best for every bike. So once you get used to the front brakes you will rarely use the back breaks. And the only time the rear lock is when you slam on it. As I said the front brake is very good so that you don't have to worry much about the back. The bike will be best for highway cruising. CB 200x has a much more comfortable riding postion than hornet. So do check that out too. But hornet is cheaper. So overall a better deal.

@@abdulateek3735 I've rode my hornet repsol edition on 110 kmph for 100km non stop and then gave a break for 5 min and rode 100 km again on the same speed and my god bike didn't heat at all. So yes you can cruise at 100 kmph. Rear brake? Worst thing in this bike. Rear brake hai bhi ya nai pata nai..... Build quality is amazing. By bike collided with pulsar 150 and pulsar got its indicator broken, fuel tank shifted to left and so many scratches but my bike had no effect. However, once I was riding fast and my bike touched the divider and then the leg guard was bent and tank shroud tattoo got scratched but nothing broke. Build quality is top notch I must say

I saw a new bought hornet that was parked on the tea shop. I couldn't stop admiring the design elements on this hornet. top-class usage of graphics imagery, layering of plastics, the snuggy fit and finish. How they brought the hornet, the winged animal into the motorcycle design is quite creative. Hero, Yamaha and TVS should look at Honda for design inspirations

Purchased Hornet 2.0 2 months ago😄. It has very smooth and tourqe engine and perfectly suits for city and long rides. Before you know you would easily reach 60-70km speed 😎. Breaks are excellent 🤩 it's gives you the confidence to rev it hard.. Those golden USDS gives this bike those stares 👀 at street and you gonna loves how smooth the handling is, in comparison to regulate Telescopic suspension 45 KMPL from this modern looking bike is a great thing itself 😄. Cons:- 1) 6th gear🤦🏼‍♂️. I'm not saying that 5 gears are not enough. But if it had that extra gear then it would have nailed other bikes in top end 2) Side stand engine cut off. Honda is providing it in active but not in big vehicles like Hornet 2.0😬 3) Back seat is pretty big but it could have been more soften. foot rest is absent 😡(it's very important to Mothers and elderly ladies)

In case of battery down the kick start is provided by the company, because batteries of the moped you mentioned and similer to that are not that much good and drains fastly. You can daily start your vehicle with self starter but for better battery performance I will suggest you to start it with kick start at least once at start of the day.

Mt is far superior product than hornet it excels in all aspect except the pillion comfort , but that's the only negative . Despite being so powerful bike you will easily get milage of 48 kmpl. And yamaha's reliability is unbeatable.

MT 15 is a perfect bike. The only problem is the pillion seat. Your mom/dad wouldn't be much comfortable in long distance rides. Although, very good package and better than hornet. You get more power, more mileage, liquid cooling, better looks. Can't tell you about refinement when compared to hornet but Yamaha is known for its reliable and refined engine, so i think MT also shines here.
