Super tip! It shall be done to my -97. The dream mod for me would be to replace the brake pedal with a left hand lever in the traditional scooter fashion. That way both floor boards would be flat and I would be even more comfortable on long rides. How to do it though is beyond my skill level. Fantastic channel! Greetings from Sweden...

Thank you for this awesome trick and the instruction. Only took me about a half hour and makes my life so much easier when starting! Little tip for others, the Honda bullet connectors are a bit smaller than what I assume is a US standard of 5/32". I used two 5/32" female connectors which I squished a bit, and an extra male Honda connector I had sitting around, but I'm sure I could have squished the male 5/32" connector to work also.

@@1tonysgarage do you happen to have a video on test voltage? I’m 12V flat while idling and it goes up with rpm to at least 13.6. I have no tach, I’m just struggling to find proper information

Make sure the brake light works with rear brake pedal

This is how it's wired on a lot of mopeds from the factory.

Yes works the same wires r a different color but it works the same

Too bad you can't just cut a little access door where those wires are at😁

Hey Tony, is that an aftermarket plastic gas tank? The reason I ask is I thought the OEM one was steel which can easily rust.

That is just a cover the tank is metal

You have to in bolt it and turn the sensor and bolt it back on so it doesn’t turn on when u put it down
