I dont have any idea about how much it will cost , there is sensor on the wheel , which might have got disconnected or maybe the sensor itself can be tha culprit , get it checked locally it will be cost effective and if required use only geniune honda spares for repairs

get your air filter cleaned , spark plug checked for rich or lean mixture , then get the carburetor re adjusted and finally make sure your scooter has 33psi of air in the rear and 22psi at the front. this will surely do the trick enjoy bro :)

Air filter clean karo , spark plus saaf karo agar usska tip gadbad hai toh ussko change kar dena , new spark plug lagana , spark plug me jo wire lagta hai usske end me ek adapter hota hai ussko bhi check karna .. aur agar ye sab cheeze theek hain fir bhi problem hoo rha hai toh carburettor set karwa lena kisi aache machanic se aur idle rpm ko 2000 pe set karwana.. agar tab bhi start hone me problem de toh , silencer ke taraf pe agar neeche se upar deekhoge toh waha ek part hai ussme ek foam filter hota hai ussko clean karwa lena .. ye sab agar karwa liya toh i m 110% sure sab problem shi hoo jayegaa starting se related

I bougth this scooter secondhand in early 2019 it has done 20k kms it was good for 4k kms after that it showing all this problems Especially missing and low pick up And it turns off while riding its a pain in the ass but it has a good reilable engine but bad mileage i am not statisfied with this scooter

Kosish ye kiya kariye ki , carburettor ko open na karwaiye , agar gaadi theek chal rhi hoo , agar gaadi ke carburettor ko machanic ne aache se wapas assemble kiya hai , then apke mechanic ko boliye ki fir se carburettor ko adjust kare aur idle engine speed 2000 pe set karwaiye.

@@lalvarlawmhmar3722 Brother, I'm facing starting problem in my grazia from some time every time after one or more days when I tried to start my scooter it takes a lot of time to start and I find a temporary solution for this as all honda scooters has Air filter box just near side foot stand on the left side of scooter in which there is a area or hole for inserting air and when I block this hole with any cloth or my hand and use self or kick my scooter starts every time , I don't know the exact reason behind it but it works and it's not a permanent solution bcz I can't use this trick daily and grazie has enough space for put my hand or cloth on that surface whereas other scooters doesn't have such space easily . But the fact I know that when u start a Honda scooter after a long time or couple of days it helps you in starting your engine very easily and when engine starts just remove your hand or cloth from there it's just simple and very easy trick . And second thing is mileage it's depend upon your riding style and conditions just try and make sure to not rash drive immediate throttle and brakes reduce your fuel efficiency you can even get mileage on 60+ speed but you need to maintain a linear speed like when I drive usually I keep 5000-5500rpm and speed goes automatically from 50-60km./hr.

Hiee deepak .. bhai apko ek part hai usska filter saaf karna hai .and hopefully usske baad apko starting ka problem nhi aayegaa .. apke scooter ke exaust side me agar app upar engine me deekhoge .. toh waha ek part laga hua hai .. ussme part no. K-24 likha dikhegaa .. usska ek pipe apke carburettor aur dossra aur aage engine me jaata hai .. as per what i feel ki ye part fuel ko carb tak regulate karne ke liye vaccum create karta hai .. issme bhi ek upar chota saa foam filter hota hai .. maine issko saaf karaya hai .. and mera ye kaafi dirty nikla tha .. yahi filter ko saaf kara ke deekho aur ye part se jitne bhi pipe engine tak jaa rhe hain unnme cracks ya cuts ke liye check karo .. plus apke carburettor ke pipe ko check karo ki kabhi ussme koi crack ya leak toh nhi hai .. coz agar inn pipes me leak hota hai toh afr ratio kharab hoo jaata hai and it can lead to starting problems...and make sure ki ide rpm 2000 pe set hoo apka..! Aur ek cheez aur check karna ki kahi koi pipe nikla hua hi naa hoo coz as per what your narrative i feel you engine has some sort of vaccum leak in the fuel system .. coz gaadi average theek de rhi hai once it gets started.. agar isse bhi theek na hoo toh you can get back to me buddy .m i hope this solves your starting problem ☺️

Buddy in bs 6 the fuel system is all electronic and it has a fuel injector and other sensors to deter the best air fuel ratio for the engine .. there is nothing much you can do to that system , if you are not getting any check engine light then it mean that all you sensors are working properly and even then if you feel that you bike is not giving you good milenge then you need make sure that your air filter is clean and your spark plug is clean .. plus you can also check the spark plug adapter soo that you can eliminate the possibility of shorted plug adapter which will lead to proper spark into your combustion chamber .. plus if you want average then you need to be easy on the accelerator and breaks .. i hope this helps 🤗

Scooter ke back wheel me sensor hota hai jo wheel ke rotation ko read karta hai .. vo disconnect hoo gaya hai for sure .. ussko theek karne ko bolo . Ye mostly tab hua hoga jab apne gaadi service ke liye diya hoga ....

Buddy morning me first start ke time me choke pe engine start hona is not something jo li abnormal baat hoo , meri scooter me bhi morning me choke lena padta hai at times... Ap aisa karo ki air filter ko saaf karo aur scooter idle rpm ko 2000 pe set karao .. mere scooter me yahi rpm set hai araam se start hoo jaata hai self se morning me no matter kitna bhi mausam thanda ho ya garam hoo ..

Bro your scooty is still in engine runn in period , in this phase engine sets its self free , all i would say is , run the vehicle in speed below 55kmh , and be easy with the throttle input , and get the vehicle serviced with 10w 30 grade scooter oil. Your scooter mileage will automatically improve as you will cross the 2500 km mark.

Bro should I go with the Grazia Bs6 or Burgman..?

Buddy it depends largely on you only .. but if you want my opinion then i feel burgman's engine is more refined and has better pickup then Honda's 125 engine ..but the difference is marginal and when it comes down to looks ... I like burgman's styling but the tail seems a bit small then compared to front design .. whereas grazia's design is still very fresh and overall it looks well balanced ..

Bhai change or clean the air filter. Check spark plug wire and its adaptor for rust inside , this leads to missing which leads too low pickup and low mileage. After all this check and make sure that you have 10w30 grade scooter engine oil in your scooter , at times machnics put thick viscosity motorcycle oil in your scooter engine which leads for low pickup and mileage plus also makes your engine hotter than normal. As your vehicle has run 50000 kms , get your cvt belt checked for cracks if the belt is worn it will definitely lead to low milage and less pickup.. After all this , get your carburettor tuned by an experienced tech who knows about carb tuning. Hopefully these steps will surely boost your vehicles health.. thanks for watching 😇

Bhai apka throttle cable check karwao aur choke cable ko bhi check karwa lo , mostly throttle cable ka adjustment out hoga ya aur agar throttle cable aur choke cable me kahi koi kami nhi hai toh carburettor se idle ko low karwa lo bhai .. i hope apka problem solve hoo jaayegaa .. ☺️

Bhai i feek apka scooter almost new hi hai and 5000 kms se kam chala hai .. ye noise normal hai kam rpm me aati hai new gaadi me mere me bhi aati thi .. apne aap shi ho gyi bhai , you dont need to worry about that , but agar scooter 5000kms cross kar chuka hai toh i would recommend ki ek baar apka side step ko check karo vo dheela hota hai toh awaz karta hai .. agar vo theek hai toh scooter ka protective cage ka nuts and bolts check karna .. and last me agar isse bhi shi na hoo tog engine me starter moter ke pinnion gear ko clean kara lena usse ho sakti hai ye noise.

Bro my grazia makes sound while staring like pak pak pak then goes away and vibrates at 20-30 speed and gets smoother after reaching 30

Battery compartment ke flap ke hooks me double sided tape use kariye jaha pe usska bodye pe contact hota hai , agar gaadi me guard laga hai toh uss case me hu , make sure kariye ki , guard ke sare bolts tight hoo .. baaki apke engine ke rpm ko 1200 rpm pe set kariye , aur belt belt ka servicing kariye usske drum me rollers hote hain agar unnme dust hoo toh usse bhi gaadi vibration badh jaata hai.

Get your choke wire checked , , usually rust in the wire causes this issue , also my personal recommendation to only opt for getting your carburettor readjusted instead of getting cleaned. Usually mechanics are keen on cleaning it which messes up the inside ...

Yes i too own grazia bs4, and seriously i felt cheated when i put my hand on ntorq. And its rear tyre is worst and seriously have to refill air every week, my friend who recommended me grazia have similar problems. Its scratch and dirt magnet, and seriously have poor fit and finish. Even its driving ergonomics are not good, rider sits on rear tyre and pillion goes behind the rear tyre, so when 2 heavy weight drivers of 80kg weight sits on front tyre have no grip at all.

Engine oil check kariye ki kahi kam toh nhi hai , ya overfilled toh nhi hai , agar engine oil zaada hoga tab bhi engine heat hoga , baaki ye make sure kar ki engine oil 10w30 grade ka hoo, isse agar mota oil pada hoga agar tab bhi gaadi heat hoga.

When i started i use chok its is good for the scooter because mostly people say that is not good for the scooter

using choke to start your engine is always better as more fuel goes in the cylinder heads and it allow good combustion and also provides lubrication to you piston rings , but remember to always turn off the choke after your engine has started. open choke will dump excessive fuel in the cylinder and will make the mixture rich , leading to heating and low pickup.

Clean the air filter or change as per condition , then readjust the carburettor if your vehicle is bs4 , if your vehicle is bs6 , then i would suggest to get your maf sensor cleaned , this will improve your scooter's pickup..

Yaar gaadi new hai aur agar 4000kms se kam chali hai toh usska araam se chalana , 6k se 7k kms tak engine sort set hi hota rehta hai .. but mosty 5000 ke baad break in sab hoo hi jaata hai proper , usske baad i m sure average bhadegaa , plus thoda easy raha karo bhai starting me agar ekdum se bhagaoge toh bhi average nhi dega scooter

bhai air filter change karwa ke spark plug bhi clean karwane ke baad , ye make sure karna ki apke scooter me 10w 30 grade ka oil pada hoo .. agar isse mota oil hoga toh gaadi pickup aur mileage nhi degi , aur haan spark plug aur air filter change karne ke baad kisi aache machnic se carburater set karwa lena , aur rpm ko 2000 pe set karwa dena .. :) hopfullly apka mileage ka issue solve hoo jaayegaa aur mileage 40 se 44 tak ka aane lagegaa :)

Mine also gives 30 to 35 kmpl only. mine ran over 12000km. I gave it to service today hopefully mileage increase afterwards

Use motul 10v 30 scooter engine oil . Am 100% sure it will change the mileage . Now i am happy with motul its was surprisingly very good milage am getting now 45 before that i was getting 25 kmpl ... motul is the best ..

Bro ek baat bilkul samaj mei nahi aayi. Grazia bs6 aaur activa 125 bs6 kay comparison mei activa kyu jyada mileage deti hai? Same engine honay kay bawajud bhi? And the only difference between these engines is Grazia max power is set 500 rpm faster than Grazia matlab activa ka 6500 par aur Grazia ka 6000 par. Aur iske baad sab kuch bilkul same hai??

Maybe bs6 me jo ecu tune hai engine ka . Vo alag hai donno models ke liye .. tabhi ye difference hai .. waise bhi ye scooters me air fuel ratio measure hota hai via sensors tabhi , usske hisab se fuel inject hota hai combustion chamber me .. baaki ye bs4 donno engine exactly same perform karte hain.

I would say go for bs 6 grazia its way more refined then the old bs4 one in terms of alot of things , plus fuel injection is way more precise then carburettion .. soo it will give more mileage , you just need to keep your airfilter clean and put good petrol in it .. plus use system-p or addon-p fuel additive once in a while to make sure that your injector stays clean and function smoothly

Break check karo I feel apka break zaada tight hai , agar ye shi hai toh engine oil check karo ki 10w30 grade ka hi pada ho , agar mota oil pada hoga engine me toh usse bhi engine garam hoga , gear box oil hota hai gaadi me , ussko bhi check kara lo , agar ye oil kam ya nhi hoga toh bhi ye dikkat aa sakti hai

Poor bike bro. Lot of time self and kick start issue is come. Fully plastic and screw joint also. Any small screw joints broke means total spare need to change otherwise vibration sound is come. Spare parts not available in any honda service centers. 2years only I used.loy of issues coming. Search some other bike.

I my area all the spare parts are easily available , for late starting issue :- set idle to 2000rpm For kick jamming up :- spray some wd40 and will become smooth and loose

Bhai agar light nhi jal rhi toh meter ka led faulty hai .. service center me jaake under warranty replacement karwa lo .. free me hoga ..

Try using some lubricant to loosen it and try again , hopefully it will let goo and will start working again , if it is not internally broken. If it is internally broken then , you will have to get it fixed by replacing that button machanism.

Tum bhar kisi aache bande se check karwao ki gaadi oil kitna hai .. coz breadther pipe se oil nikalne ka 2 hi causes hain 1st ki oil zaada bhara hua hai , and beleive me usse enjine bauth slow respond karta hai , 2nd apka enjine md excessive blow by hain , which means ki rings properly seated nhi hain and compression leak zaada hai crank case me which increases its pressure and brings enjine oil out with .. but 2nd waale reasom ka hona bauth muskil hai coz apka gaadi abi new hi hai ..

And service waale bando ki toh suno mat ..innhone dhyan ka diya hoo maybe aur over fill kar diya hoo yaa suru se hi over fill kaf rhe hoo apke engine ko.. aur agar aisa nhi hai toh kisi dossre dealership me jaake waha pe check karwao aur specific issi problem ke liye gadi dena .. get it checked coz aisa hona toh nhi chahiye ..

Get its air filter changed , set its idle rpm to 2000 and gets its carburettor retuned , change oil if necessary and maintain proper tyre pressure. .

Depends on how you runn in the engine , plus also depends how your service technician is doing service of the vehicle , as when the engine is new , it needs to be handled softly for the first 2k kms at the least , it helps in getting all the parts getting properly synced which will reduce wear in tear and also make your engine smooth for the long run, what mistake most of the guys do is they , rev the new engine at high rpms which leads to improper break in of piston rings and piston , and can also lead to cylinder wall damage , after this the the engine performance only goes down the drain .
