    Nice another Forza video. Because of this channel I do all my CVT maintenance now. Just wish I could remember where the difference sized screws go for the cover.

    That bolt goes in the back under the center... If I could explain how to find it... You can check this by first closing the cover, inserting the bolt, and looking at the length that does not go in. If the bolt fits there, it will protrude about 1cm. If a long bolt goes in there, it will stick out by less than 1cm. With this, you can check where the long bolt goes.

    As a mechanic i say this, you should use grease on the drive puly before you putt it together, also Grease on the pins off the shoes from the clutch. Also it didnt need new shoes it did need cleaning and grease. And please spare your body and work on a work bench. Other than that great job !

    Bom vídeo como sempre.Fico admirado como o usuário deixa chegar a polia secundária a esse estado de degradação. Revela falta de manutenção que só se resolve com a substituição das peças. Relativamente às sapatas da embreagem, a Honda fabrica essas peças com pouca espessura o que leva a que tenham de ser substituídos com poucos quilómetros. Veja as da malossi que tem o dobro da espessura e material mais durável. Obrigado por ter partilhado o vídeo, que, como sempre brilhante. Abraço 😁😁

    I am in Korea. If you live in Korea and do not speak Korean, it will be difficult to purchase even if I tell you. Also, because Korean distributors do not sell overseas, If you live outside of Korea, purchasing may be difficult. Also, I don't know of any overseas sellers. Sorry for not being able to help you

    Al minuto 14.34 i rulli vanno messi al contrario, cioè con la parte coperta di plastica verso sinistra, quindi la parte scoperta va come gira il variatore. Se poi sono rulli diversi allora ok.

    In the case of 350cc, the drivetrain is opened and inspected every 30,000km driven, and the belt is usually replaced at this time. At the same time, we check the condition of surrounding accessories and replace or repair them. So, you can think of it as taking the belt replacement cycle as a standard and looking at everything.

    이 부품은 일정 회전수가 (RPM)이 증가하면, 원심력에 의해 외부로 밀려나면서 뒷바퀴를 회전 시키는 기능을 가졌습니다. 이는 브레이크 패드처럼 어느정도 사용을 하면, 닳아서 기능을 못하게됩니다. (이때는 알피엠이 올라가도 속도가 나지 않고, 힘이 전달되지 않아 소리만 크고, 제 힘을 낼 수없게 됩니다.) 이정도 되면, 교체를 해주어야 하는 소모품 입니다. 알피엠은 올라가는데...속도가 안난다던지... 언덕을 올라가는데 소리만 크고, 잘 올라가지 않는 현상이 일어나면.. 교체시기가 온것이라고 할 수 있습니다. 또한 이것이 문제가 될때.. 구동계 쪽에서 들리지 않던 소음도 발생하는 경우도 있습니다.

    Может знаете почему при разгоне от 5 до 10 км/ч в вариаторе иногда слышен сильный резкий шум . Хонда форза 350 пробег 2000км. Спасибо.

    Это может быть временный шум, вызванный трением между «грузом колодки сцепления» и «внешней частью сцепления» внутри ведомой поверхности трансмиссии. В этом случае звук может естественным образом исчезнуть по мере дальнейшей езды. или нет.. Это может быть проблема с «весом колодки сцепления». Однако я думаю, что это не так, потому что пройденный километраж небольшой. Кроме того, шум может быть вызван вытеканием смазки из сцепления. Альтернативно, шум может быть вызван попаданием масла на «ведомую поверхность», контактирующую с ремнем. Поскольку я не открываю и не проверяю ваш мотоцикл самостоятельно, Трудно сказать, какой именно из них является проблематичным. Просто для справки It may be a temporary noise caused by friction between the “clutch shoe weight” and “clutch outer” inside the drivetrain driven face. In this case, the sound may naturally disappear as you drive more. or not.. It may be a “clutch shoe weight” issue. However, I think this is not the case because the km traveled is small. Alternatively, the noise may be caused by grease inside the clutch flowing out. Alternatively, the noise may be caused by oil being exposed to the "driven face" that contacts the belt. Since I am not opening and checking your motorcycle myself, It is difficult to say exactly which one is problematic. Just for reference

    Дорогой друг, спасибо за быстрый ответ. Когда я приезжаю в ХОНДА дилер и говорю им об этой проблеме, то они мне отвечают что всё хорошо. Мотоциклу действует хонда гарантия и хонда не хочет признать проблему. @@MotorcycleRepair

    @@tafetdriver281 Мотоцикл еще на гарантии. Как насчет того, чтобы еще немного поездить на нем, проверить состояние и снова обратиться в сервисный центр Honda? (Странно, что Хонда говорит, что проблем нет...) The motorcycle is still under warranty. How about driving it some more, checking the condition, and contacting the Honda Service Center again? (It's strange that Honda says there is no problem...)

    Дорогой друг, объясню в чём причина. В моей стране холодный климат для мотоциклов. Поэтому мотоциклов продаётся очень немного и механики практически не имеют совсем опыта по ремонту мотоциклов и не знают как это делать. Например в моей стране всего один дилер Хонда и он продаёт очень много автомобилей и всего 15-20 штук мотоциклов разных моделей в год. Когда я взял новый мотоцикл от дилера, то через 20 км потерял переднее стекло, потому что механики не закрепили его как надо. @@MotorcycleRepair
