So at the shop today and customer asked me to come in and look at the blind spot bc they replaced the dummy with a actual blind spot and sure enough this was the issue. Decided to just replace the mirror assembly and blind spot that was missing and resolved the. Issue charged for parts and time and done

i have this problem right now, the one obd2 can’t read the dummy sensors and my car doesn’t have blind spot indicators so i believe i’m going to have to do this on my 2023 honda civic ex

I thought you had to recalibrate once a module sensor was replaced. That is why the light illuminated. Did you recalibrate after changing the module?

Which autel tablet are you using for diagnosis in this video? 906 pro? Any differences with the 909 in terms of adas calibrations?

Hi, I've been using several different Autel scanners in the shop. They are great. They all have the option to perform a calibration under special function or guided function , when you purchase the ADAS program and add it to your scanner, you're getting additional graphic instructions, how to set up AUTEL target to the Vehicle,

I thought you had to recalibrate once you changed the module sensors?

Hi, Honda Acura Blindspot are plug-in and play no calibration needed , they do have a procedure how to measure, vertical and horizontal alignment,

Wow very interesting video, so if a Honda came with both dummy blind spot modules, and you unplugged them to do work on the back, would they fault out like this video? Or did it only happen cause they plugged in an actual module? And it’s crazy they got blind spot basically for the cost of two mirror glasses lol 😂
