I LOL'ed when you said you've never seen one without a broken corner. I had exactly that in mine. I ended up replacing it with a rare non-broken one from picknpull. I did some modifications (made the hole a slight bit bigger) to it to replace the ciggy lighter with a mounted usb power port. I do alot of 3D printing but not never thought to do this.

Looks a lot better than the plastic repair that i usually do for people!! Keep up the good work and keeping the Sols alive!! Still biting my nails about targas!!! I would say to upgrade the cigarette plug while you have it out to a direct USB plug for true fast charging instead of a plug in a plug.
