This never gets old! I was an original owner of a Candy Glory Red 1979 CBX, I added a Euro kit and had the comstar wheels gold anodize painted. The look and sound of that CBX will stay with me forever. I have watched this video and the crazy one of a straight piped CBX screaming around the Isle of Man many times, always makes me smile.

​​@VirusTornado: But so it was ! My two best friends and I, we were 16 in 1978 and droven here in germany Honda CB 50 J (red, blue and green), and imagine we're droven a CBX. The CBX and the CB 900 F were our Dreambikes ❤ I am hearing this awesome sound I have goosebumps - with 61 😊

The roads around Pego / orba /denia / calpe are amazing, they rise and fall, twist and turn and are super smooth. Worth a go even if it's only in a rental car at moderate speed. The views are amazing too. I'm lucky enough to have family there, and relish the opportunity to drive these stunning roads.

I ride a restored 1979 CBX1000 with original exhaust. It is a heavy machine and I don't think I would be as brave as this rider is,I guess I am getting old.

no...you're smarter!! I have many friends that are DEAD now...after driving with such abandon like this guy showing off...because anything...i mean ANYTHING could happen in the road ahead and when you're driving crazy in that type terrain and there's simply not enough time to stop safely and who knows who else dies in the process especially THIS rider!!?? I mean...you only needed to do a outright blowout in a safer place to show that this bike is great sounding and performance...but to feel like you are so VIP and that you must get there (your destination) and get there such recklessly...you might as well been driving drunk as that;s just how irrational and dangerous you're being..even though your intention was to primarily show off your driving expertise?

@@UltimateForceMarketing What a load of rubbish. The rider is not even pushing that hard. If you had ever owned a CBX you can tell by the position of the speedo needle. He never left anything to chance. Geez! With your attitude why the hell do you even ride a bike. I bet you are a real bundle of joy. Risk is part of the game, if you dont like it get a car or a Full dresser Harley. The rider was at no time "showing off, he was just enjoying the sound of that sweet six after a days work, using lower gears than he needed so as to keep the revs up. He did us all a favour of posting it so we could enjoy the ride as well. Also, why the upper case letters for the word dead? We all know what it means. All of us who have ridden for a long time have had friends either injured or killed. As I said, riding is a risk and that why some of us love it. (40 years riding the fastest motorcycles ever made. Heaven)

I spent many happy hours going up and down the Autobahns on one, winter and summer and it never let me down. Laying flat on the tank overtaking everything (until the Porsche boys see you)
