Hi Martin Could you tell me what make your scales are and were you got them from, they do look nice and accurate, it's just that mine have gone a bit funny, they are fluctuating to much when weighing out paint for smart repair, and as you know to much of a colour will make the final mix a shade off. Nice work on the bike I had one of those superdreams when I was 18 1978 cor blimey 36!!!!!!!!!!! years ago how the time flies. So what do you think of the waterbase paints, I tried it and with painting outside it was taking to long to dry which is no good to me so I went back to solvent based paints as it drys much faster

Hi Ron, I'll check tomorrow. The waterbased is ok and I found it dries quick with a heat lamp. You have to be careful with the laquer as I have had some serious reactions with the Gilera Runner scooter respray when I changed laquers but in general, I got on great with it. Cheers Martin
