Hey neighbor (I'm in Vegas). I got a 76 RD400 for a project and have been working on it for the past couple weeks. Your vids come in handy for sure. Very detailed with good camera angles, lighting, and narrative. Thanks for that. I made a vapor blaster but have not used it yet. Your thoughts on that? Your RD350 video's are a great resource to me. If you are willing, I would like to know some of your recommendations for parts suppliers for the RD at good prices. I looked at HVC and Economy cycle so far.

I used eBay and Amazon along with Rocky Mountain ATV for OEM. It is amazing how many OEM parts are still available @ Rocky Mountain?? If Rocky doesn't have it in stock but show it is still available for order don't believe it. They will email back telling you it is no longer available after a few days. Rockys OEM parts diagrams is invaluable for finding the part #s and how things go together. Other than that it's just hunting the web for needles in the hay stack. Good hunting.

Awesome 2 smoker (rd 350 / 400) and a vapor blaster is the best purchase i ever did, my blaster is the smaller micro and also like you in the process to build a larger cabinet. i use #13 media. JT's videos are the best .

I put my carb bodies in Berryman's Carb Dip and it cleans most anything. If that doesn't do it try stiff wire to break it up? Used carb on eBay if all else fails.

Been building a 200x. Finally tried to start it and it absolutely would not even fire until I swapped the carb with the one on my 4 wheeler. Fired up first kick after swapping. It was like it was flooding with the factory carb. Not sure how to fix it

Look at cleaning the carb? I show how I do it on my videos. Most of the time you just need to clean with a float bowl gasket and a new pilot jet.
