I totally don't agree with the the statement made by Hon. Olanya. I am now sure that Dalvin is no more. Hon. heard of Dalvin being arrested at Luzira and yet Dalvin talked of going abroad and Hon. helped him with some money to process his passport. Hon. clearly said that he has been trying his number to know his whereabouts but in vain. Hon. lok lok adaaa why can't you make follow up to Luzira since u were friends after the incident. Lok adaa ber baaaaaa. In this case the way i heard from ur statement,,, u have a big case to answer. Man tama gira. Ento lok ke cwero cwiny dano. It was better you don't say anything about the issue. U even failed to mention the name of the other person whom Dalvin the house to him after u had settled ur case, u didn't mention coz u know that the person may be followed up and the truth may be known.
