HOMESPOTTING (Part 7)!! Planes at 10,000 Feet! Awesome High Heavy Departures From Chicago O'Hare!!

This is part 7 of homespotting and it's probably my best one yet. It has more variety and more surprises than any of my other parts and there are a ton of spectacular cloud surfing clips! On top of that, I got lucky and managed to catch a TON of Trent 700 engine sounds. There were a lot of surprises but the biggest ones were the Lufthansa A340-300 at 1:04:06 (first time in years that I caught an A340-300 directly overhead from my house), Geodis Air Network A330 (A first for me), Air France A330 (which I haven't seen appear at ORD in years!), and by far the biggest one was an Asiana Airlines A350 (First time I've ever seen one at ORD). There is an A380 in the beginning as well which I have never been able to get a decent shot of until now.

Awesome spotting! Loved hearing the different engine sounds from the different aircraft. Nice Air France A330-200 catch - I miss seeing those. Also, the Trent 700s at 1:29:00 sounded very cool!
Awesome catches! In my area, I see Widebody Jets fly over my house at 12,000-10,000 ft, and sometimes lower when they arrive to JFK Airport!

You should do more planes at 10,000 feet I'll be on the look out for that..

I would love to do that. I am however in college and distant from home, so it’s not easy unfortunately:(
It's So crzzy how the CRJ 200 sounds differen't at 10,000 compared to 1,200 ft after depature
Based on what I get at my home airport here are my favorite engine sounds (Top 10) (10 The Worst and 1 The Best) 10. CFMI LEAP-1B/Pratt & Whitney PW1133 (A220/A321neo) 9. General Electric GEnx/Rolls Royce Trent 1000 8. General Electric GE90-115B 7. General Electric CF6-80C2 (A330) 6. General Electric GE90-76B (They're pretty rare cuz I only get them on Air France 777-200ERs which dont come that often) 5. CFMI CFM56-5B (A319/A320) 4. CFMI CFM56-5C4 (A340-300) 3. Rolls Royce Trent XWB (A350) 2. Rolls Royce Trent 700 (A330-300) 1. Rolls Royce Trent 700 (A330-200) (The growl is more apparent on the shorter variant)

Here's my opinion of your list: 10: YUCK! I despise those two planes 9: Okay sounding 8: Awesome sounding! 7: Okay sounding 6: Awesome sounding! 5: Awesome sounding! 4: EPIC SOUNDING! 3: EPIC SOUNDING! 2: EPIC SOUNDING! 1: EPIC SOUNDING!
