I'm Kaela, a Homeschool Graduate turned Homeschool Momma. My husband & I have 3 girls.
We are a Latino family, living our best life in a little 1930s fixer-upper in Texas.
Although we are a family of faith, we typically stick to secular resources in our homeschool.

Do a light coat of olive oil on the wood and it will take care of most of those scratches.

If you were to use bins in you cube storage, what size would they fit? So inspiring, sad I won't be completely organized before the school year begins but I'm chugging along. I do like the book shelves on the wall, great if there's no floor room to add a standing shelf

Each cube shelf measures 13″ wide x 13″ high (and 15 3/8″ deep). Hope that helps!

Where did you get most of your rock gem and geodes? Did you buy them from a certain place?

The smaller geode we actually found outside, which is super cool! The larger geodes we picked up at antique/thrift stores for great prices. I've also bought one on Amazon before. The polished rocks are almost all from museum gift shops.
