We love MFW especially the kindergarten year! I was debating using Abeka for my upcoming kindergartner since I’ll be doing ECC with my bigger kids. But you’ve reminded me how lovely this year of MFW is and I’m reconsidering

I LOVE his bag. We got one on Etsy that had the badges and biblical concepts already on it and my daughter just colored it in. But it’s much smaller than yours. I don’t know why I didn’t think of just tracing the patterns myself. We will definitely do that for my next child.

Thinking about this for our kindergartener who is 5. We are already on AAR level 1 and he is in math 1 but obviously still young. Do you think it’s too much to be adding in those two as well as the full kinder from MFW?

Hey there! That sounds a lot like what I did with my oldest son our first year of homeschooling...we did AAR 1 and Singapore Math 1A alongside MFWK. For us (at the time) it was fine, but I wasn't homeschooling 3 other kids then as well...so, it can be done, and we had a lot of fun with it, but just consider what your days will look like and what you can reasonably do. You could always try it and just scale back if needed!
