सर मुझे सोशल एंग्जायटी व नींद कम आने की समस्या थी करीब 7 - 8 महीनों से...तो मैंने argentum nitricum 30 CH 5 - 5 बूंद दिन में 3 बार लेना शुरू किया....और करीब 22 दिन से ले रहा हूँ....मुझे काफी फायदा महसूस हो रहा है....एंग्जायटी भी कुछ कम है और नींद में भी थोड़ा इम्प्रूवमेंट है.... तो सर क्या मैं argentum nitricum 30 लगातार 2 - 3 महीनों तक ले सकता हूँ??? इतने समय तक लेने से इससे कोई नुकसान तो नहीं??? जिससे मैं पूरी तरह ठीक हो सकूं??
