Chef as you well know yogurt is very expensive in supermarket. A big tub cost almost Rm2O/- and a small one the size of a cone cost around Rm3 plus or Rm4/ and now with the current inflation it cost more, In other words with the receipe shown it saves us alot of money. Thank you.

Tumpang tanya..kalu utk kotak satu liter susu full cream , guna atau habiskan yogurt natural komersial ( store- bought) tu sebekas kecil tu ,ke? Atau guna separuh atau sukatan tertentu?tqsm

Mau bertanya chef , setelah dimasuk kan youghurt starter kedalam susu hangat tadi, apa kah ditutup panci nya ? Karena ngak di perlihat kan video nya hanya hasil akhir nya. Chef bagi tau utk buat starter perah sedikit jus jeruk ke dalam 50 ml susu segar atau boleh juga susu kotak ( full cream ) yg telah dipanaskan hingga suam. Atau boleh juga skip step ini jika guna yogurt yg kita ada.

hi, try to extend the fermentation time like 12 to 14 hrs. different room temperature give different result.

@@chefanandpusudoray7388 Boleh guna yogurt store - bought as starter ye,chef? Manalah tau andai starter buat sendiri punya tak pekat, nak short cut,/ rengkaskan kerja. Kalau utk seliter susu nak guna yogurt habiskan sebekas kecil yg dalam 125 ml? Tqvm
