Sonoma Mia I'll give you a quick tasty recipe for fish ( now I really don't like fish.)(gaminess etc) but this is delicious. Buy some Icelandic cod. As fresh as you can get, and filet it very thick (you want thick cod) depending if you like to rid of some of that gaminess, cook with lots of lemon. Sear it in a pan on broil for about 2 minutes until a slightly amber color. Then, make small slits in the fish, then stuff with small cut dill, then press it together to close. Then get egg wash and panko breading crumbs, and flour. Now dip the fish filet in the flower then in the egg. Then into the breadcrumbs and into the pan, set to around 375f or 425 depending on how long and crispy you want. And boom. Done. Long and hard. But delicious and worth it. Serve with tartar sauce (MAKE SURE TO MIX IN HARDBOILED EGG FOR EXTRA CREAMINESS) and ketchup to taste.
