My mom has adapted and combined several different family recipes to come up with this delicious variation. Awesome video! Best teacher to learn from. If I were to mess up on this recipe. The way show how to go step by step. I should not be cooking.
The Roma people call it, Perogo and it's basically the same recipe but without sour cream instead softened cream cheese, and extra eggs. I'm looking for a recipe that would make it rise a little higher and not be so dense and flat. Should I use extra eggs or canned milk or cream to make it soft and fluffy? Thank you.
