    Ich habe 2 Liter frische Kuhmilch genommen - 50° - dann 6 EL eher 6 1/2 EL Zitrone eingerührt. Es hat sich einfach die Molke nicht von dem was Mozzarella werden sollte getrennt. Das wenige, hat sich auch nicht ziehen lassen. Dann, bei der heißen Zubereitung, ist das Ganze einfach nicht glatt geworden, und hat sich nicht ziehen lassen. Aber es hat sich immer wieder das abgesetzt, was man eigentlich für den Käse will. Woran kann das liegen???? Ist die Milch, die ich hier bekomme, zu fett? - Soll ich mehr Zitrone nehmen, bis sich das ganze trennt?
