Homemade moongdal papads @rice cooker

Hello all
welcome to srb_crazyvlogmix. Today i'm going to show you how to prepare moongdal papads in rice cooker. Here i'm adding 6 glasses of water and 2 tsp's of salt for preparing the batter.Let it boil. Here i'm taking 1 1/2 glasses of water for mixing the 1 glass of rice flour. Here u can mix with your hand also.it should be lumps free. Keep it aside. Water started boiling now add 2 tsp's of soaked sabudana and moongdal to the water. Mix properly. Let it cook for 5 minutes after that add 1 1/2 tsp of green chilli paste to it. Now add 1 tsp of jeera and rice flour texture into it mix the batter continuously so that no lumps will form.it will take 5 minutes for cooking. When the batter is getting thick check it by pouring the batter into plate then it should not spread. Here u can see batter was not spreading so its ready. U need wet cotton cloth for papads. Here u can see my princess also keeping. Dry them for 1 day. After drying remove them by wiping the cloth. Dry them for half day, now papads ready to serve.
