Homemade Milanesa (Fried Pork) amazing recipe

Ingredients
2 to 3 pound clean cut Pork Tenderloin
2 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Original Seasoning Salt
2 tsp TexMex seasoning
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 1/2 packets Salted Crackers
Instructions;
Thinly slice the tenderloin against the grain, lay out on cutting board and season generously on one side, stack them and let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes or even refrigerate for an hour.
Finely crush the crackers and put in a big bowl or in a pie plate.
in a small bowl beat the egg and add the milk and sriracha sauce and stir until combined, dip the meat in the egg mixture and then coat with cracker crumbs and repeat until done.
Fry in hot oil 1 to 2 minutes per side.
serve with lime juice, easily serves 10 to 15 people.
makes about 30 to 35 pieces depending on thickness you can refrigerate the meat up to 4 days. also you can store in freezer in an air tight container for up to 3 months.
