If you store it in a refrigerator then you can expect around 1 week. But preferably have it before 3 or 4 days

I make these recipes at home, it's a simple case of blending pureed fruit with yoghurt. If you prefer a fruitier flavour then add less Yoghurt, but if you prefer a creamier flavour either use less fruit puree or add more Yoghurt. FYI - Greek Yoghurt is the thicker, creamier variety of Yoghurt.
