Actually , here commentors comment this was fat milk , thinned milk like that etc .. But its home made with out chemical . So its best to use. But if u want resturant taste , use shop products . Anyway , its useful for me ( who wants homemade )

I dnt think they beleive it actual whipped cream They know and believe it is a substitute. A lot of people including my 10 yr old granddaughter can't eat dairy products. This is cream sauce my Mom made with ham chunks & mixed vegts & pour over cornbread. Yummy. This used to be on the box of cornstarch at grocery stores. But this is not real cream.

This may not be traditional or authentic cream, but it is definitely better than actual cream. Because we are not throwing away the milk, it has still retained all of the protein in it, so technically, this reciepe is very similar to cream but with added advantage that it is preservative free and protein packed. Going to use this for my fruit salad.
