I didn't make them, I got them from an old compound bow. Bows are so abundant nowadays that you can find broken one's for free or old ones for cheap and use the parts.

Fiberglass, that is the best limb material.

Yes they will work. Just be careful on what kind you use because I know they have wood, metal, and fiberglass ones. Just bend one and see how it reacts.
shots without arrows can break the blades (limbos)
