Pvc, plastic lids and center of metal tube crossed by a smooth 8mm iron and yes it was very warm

Very illustrative video! Thank you! Just some clarities: 1. On both extremities of the U profile: one has a U cut but how the yellow roller can rest in. Screws are there but I can't understand how the roller is hold not to fall. And at the other extremity what happened to the cuts made.

Each bearing has 2 bolts below that are tightened to the structure, to tighten the belt, you release them and you adjust the endless screw until you achieve the proper tension and then tighten the lower bolts to secure it, greetings

Great video, I have a question on the Blue rollers. Could you describe how these are constructed. I like the idea of using PVC to help keep the weight down for the conveyor I am building and would like to use your roller design.

Hello Arben, they are made of PVC but their terminals have wood and in the center they have a metal tube that is crossed with an iron from side to side

Una pregunta técnica espero me la puedas resolver: al no tener el sistema de rodillos en V (que al parecer son mejores para transportar agregados) tuviste algún problema con la cinta en cuanto o a si sube bien el material, si se sale la arena por los bordes, si no se desalinea la cinta constantemente, etc. Gracias y Saludos desde México.

No para nada, lo único es que al cargar en la tolva, si es arena o algo parecido, ten el recaudo de poner una goma atrás para evitar que caiga al suelo, saludos

For a 20 foot long conveyor belt you need rubber at least 4mm thick. In rubber it is worth approximately 6 dollars per foot. I bought this one from a rubber band factory. Regards.
