I haven't made bead in years,, but Louis you sold me. I have to try this it looks so yummy. I just got the Combi in the past two weeks and I just love it. I would love to see more Combi videos. Keep up the awesome video's coming our way.

Darn it, I did something wrong - my bread is heavy. I proofed like you said - by size, not time. My problem started at beginning. My dough was drier than yours. It was not shiny, smooth or easily stretched. Yes, I am going to do it again, it looks so good and yummy. Should I have added more liquid ?? Help please what did I do wrong - I measured carefully but ..... I messed up somewhere.

This looks awesome. I really hate to ask but can it be made without the raisins? Nutritionally they are not good for me, but I love cinnamon bread.
