Hello everyone, this time I'm going to make Churros, an easy-to-make recipe that kids and even adults love, the ingredients are so simple that anyone can make them.

Churros Recipe
Ingredients :
200 ml / 13 tbsp water
15g / 1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
50g / 3 tbsp butter
140g / 1 cup + 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
2 egg
Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
120 ml / 8 tbsp milk
1 tsp sugar
60g dark chocolate
1 tsp corn flour
10 ml water

I have commented on this recipe before. I tried yet another Churro recipe today, because I couldn't for the life of me, find this one in a hurry. What a disaster. It had of course claimed to the best one, but as soon as I took them out of the fryer, the completely deflated. I'm sticking with this one. This is the ONLY one that never goes wrong. I have no idea why, but I've made this one, at least 10 times, not a single failure. Success every time! Thank you again for this lovely recipe.

Resepnya berhasil Renyah diluar lembut didalam.. dimakan selagi hangat tanpa topping juga enak loh, gurih.. Dan waktu dingin juga masih enak kok churros nya ga keras❤

Makasih resepnya. Resep kedua yg saya coba setelah dorayaki. Keponakan saya yg 3 tahun sangat suka churrosnya. Bolak-balik ambil sampai 5 kali.

I love this. I just made this, and this is the best Churro recipe I've ever come across. The others I have tried, the dough was way too wet, but putting in more flower, only ruined it more. I followed this to the letter, (with the only exception being, that I fried mine in the deep fryer, without the paper), and they are PERFECT. Thank you so much for this. Ps. I didn't have any chocolate, so I made a sauce out of 4 tbsp of Nutella (nutcream), added about 3/4 dl heavy cream, and 2-3 tbsp of powdered sugar. I warmed it up until it was mixed. Best dessert in a long time

I tried this and I loved it! The batter came a little bit sticky, so I added some flower. I also did not use the wax paper before frying, but should have to obtain the perfect shape. Will keep practicing. Thanks for this!
