And 2nd doubt is ..we use normal sugar powder instead of icing sugar in bitter/ dark chocolate for more sweet.... How much the quantity of sugar we have to add in 200gm

Only issue is with the quality of fat used example morde use vegitable oil (most probably palm oil) while DairyMilk use cocoa butter which is expensive which makes it more expensive

Completely, agree with you 😊but I have to tell things keeping in mind all kinds of people, still you can buy chocolate as per your budget, if you buy good quality chocolate, then the amount of palm oil in it If not, then you can take care of your health in a better way by taking them.😊

Hello maam, I found this video quite informative. I have few queries. I have tried to make chocolates from compound bars and faced the below challenges - 1. I was trying to make আইআইটি more sweet so aaded powder sugar and the mix became very thick and had problems to put it in mould. How to solve this 2. Using coconut oil - will it bring a smell? 3. Can I use unsalted butter? What is the ratio?
