Whole chicken: Whole Chicken: The chicken with all parts intact, generally including the giblets stuffed in the cavity. Consists of white and dark meat.
Chicken lolipop: Chicken lollipop is an appetiser popular in Indian cuisine. Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance.
Churchur Paratha: Chur chur stuffed paratha is very crispy, flaky, layered bread which is easy to make at home. This paratha is popular on the streets of Delhi (India) and restaurants. Chur chur paratha is made with whole wheat flour and stuffed with crumbled paneer, potato etc
Rumali roti: Rumali roti also called Manda. It is eaten with tandoori dishes. The word rumal means handkerchief in many north Indian languages, and the name rumali roti means handkerchief bread. In Punjab, it is also known as lamboo roti. Lamboo simply means long in Punjabi. It is also known as dosti roti in the Caribbean.
Egg curry: Egg curry is a comforting Indian dish of curried eggs. It is basically made with hard boiled eggs, onions, tomatoes, whole & ground spices and herbs. Indian cuisine is very diverse and an egg curry is made in several ways, with recipes varying by state and even by family.
Truffle: A truffle is the fruiting body of a subterranean ascomycete fungus, predominantly one of the many species of the genus Tuber. In addition to Tuber, many other genera of fungi are classified as truffles including Geopora, Peziza, Choiromyces, Leucangium, and over a hundred others.
