Have you found the Raize it plate cuts the lawn?
Could you please explain, how to make this? I do not have a lot of experience with wiring things up, nor shopping for things like this.

Just finished building ours. I've been wanting one ever since we started a few years ago. Ill post some pictures of it on the Facebook group "event rental classifieds" if anyone wants to check it out.
Just got done doing this today. I use one of the sidepole stakes to secure the winch. Raize-it plate is on backorder so i strapped the pole to a handtruck. Still trying to figure out how to incorporate the winch to take the tent down without the pole kicking out. I saw a video of a center pole dolly but cannot find anyone that manufactures it. Also, I swapped out handcranks on my tent jacks with the wireless remote winch so I can be at 2 places at once.

We don’t. We take down by hand. It’s not hard to take down by hand. Just back breaking putting it up by hand.
