Recipe:
4 egg yolks.
90g sugar.
30 g corn starch.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
400 ml milk.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Cover and let cool to room temperature.
1 sheet of puff pastry.
1 egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 355 °F for 22-22 minutes.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz heavy cream, at least 33%.
30 g powdered sugar.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Beat for 3-4 minutes until this consistency is reached.
15 g chopped almonds.
