Hey guys check out this really easy homemade Chicken Kiev recipe. A pocket is created and garlic butter in inserted, then coated in flour, egg and breadcrumbs - shallow fried and finish cooking the chicken all the way through in the oven.
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
100g butter
Parsley
4-6 cloves garlic
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Serves well with mashed potatoes and whatever vegetables you want. I did peas.
