How to Make a Coconut Chocolate Bar
No BAUNTY baking at home! Delicious sweets at home. Do you like coconut Then this recipe is just right for you! Delicious bounty bar - delicious. Tender milk chocolate and fragrant, juicy coconut filling. For dessert, you can make chocolates with coconut. The bounty recipe is quick and easy.
► Recipe and ingredients:
1 glass of milk (250 g)
1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
Cook
1.5 cups dry coconut flakes (120 g)
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes
Melt 150 g milk chocolate
Put in the fridge for 1 hour
Shape sweets
Put in the fridge until it hardens
Good Appetite!

That's new. I just mix dessicated coconut with condensed milk, no cooking, and let that harden before cutting and dipping it in chocolate. I also use semi sweet chocolate since the filling is already sweet. And I either stick an almond in each slice or chop the almonds and mix it with the coconut and milk. Guess I'm too lazy to cook. 😁

I recommend putting the mixture in the freezer for an hour and not in the fridge to make the filling more compact and avoid breaking it when dipped in chocolate.

GREAT! for vegans- replace the milk with coconut cream and use non dairy chocolate. I also replaced the suger with Stevia extract and I got vegan keto sweets.

Years ago I made these with my children and nowadays, l make these Coconut Candies with my Grandkids! I let them roll the Coconut mixture into 1” Balls and then dip them into Semi-Sweet Chocolate. They usually make a huge mess but, it’s so much fun! Thank You for sharing your wonderful recipe with everyone! ♥️👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 P.S. If l happen to have Almonds in my pantry the older children (7 & up) enjoy sticking a Almond in the center. 😊
