Homemade 6.5 HP Motocultivator from Car Parts

I made this 6.5 HP Motocultivator from scrap metal and car parts. Also i made that little trailer so i can just test i will make better and bigger one soon. For gearbox i used old 4 speed motorcycle gearbox which
have pressed connecting rod in crankshaft so i had to cut it of. I will use this motocultivator only for transport because is not that heavy and have car tyres , but i will definetly upgrade to tractor tyres soon. Also
normal plate clutch inside gearbox was somehow stuck so i had to use centrifugal clutch.

We also have those converted Kubota tiller in our country, we call them kulig-lig. Farmers convert them to transport their produce and people.

This is truly awesome. Curretly using a tiller motor for a gokart and parts off a 200 cc bike.
I really like this, collect junked parts, rebuild into something useful. Well done.

Excellent build, only miss is that I wpoud need a reverse gear, which one easyly can make with an extra belt and a couple of drive wheels

Sweet great video brother I did not see reverse if you put a second pulley With the belt drive and twist it on 180ﾟ you have reverse as well You're welcome

Honestly the chicago eletric from harbor frieight isnt bad! the mig welder wire feed my buddy has he runs beads for hours straight! we went thru 2 spools in one night practicing and never over heated/tripped. its a 110 outlet so easy to hook up and use ad great for leanring! oh and a hundred twenty bucks. You can do it man. Just get one. Youl love it :)

Very cool ! Is it hard to steer when you’re cruising on it?
A pto shaft from the motor gear system would make that a harvester and reaper if you had an adaption for a trike seat on a wooden iron rod reinforced wagon. You could chop that weld and just add a trike adaption wheel system and it would be a very useful piece of farm equipment. Thought it was what the Germans would say as fucking brilliant. ;)

Hola me encanta tu invento.tengo un motor honda y voy a fabricar algo parecito para acarrear todo en el campo claro cuando se caiga el maldito comunismo en cuba me llevo el motor honda y hago un motocultor.o es mejor comprarlo de fabrica yo creo que es mejor y dejar. El motor estacionario para una turbina.pero gracias me gusta tu invento creo que es magnifico gracias por subir tan buen video.

Колеса на прицеп побольше поставить и двигатель выровнится по горизонту. А с таким наклоном долго ездить нельзя из-за масленного голодания в двишке или переизбытка.

Hello :) with that setup it was around 25kmh, after some time i did pulley swap, i made 1:1 gera ratio and with at 3800rpm top speed was around 45-50kmh 😅

Its from old 2 stroke moped Tomos TLS 14 with 4 speeds

@@mrimbusyt cool! I have the cheaper "crappy" transformer based Parkside welder that struggles to melt 2.5mm electrodes and constantly overheats.....though it only cost 50€ so 🤷
