I'd really love to see where graduates go from all the top schools. Harvard has, by far, the most comprehensive breakdown of immediate employment post MBA.

His biggest issue is he's white. A black/hispanic American with that story would be ideal.

I have a VERY similar profile to Andrew and also in STEM. Any chance? Thinking of the top M7 schools or the top 3 in Canada: McGill, Ivey, Rotman.

My advice is: apply anyway to the top schools, accept that it'll be about $2000 down the drain.

The French culture adjustment comment at 8:10 is not true. Theres about a 1.5 km radius around Montreal where literally everyone speaks english. Like 90% of Quebec is bilingual (English and French). I go to McGill literally down the road from Concordia.

This was brutal. Love watching your videos but you two completely dehumanized this candidate. So rude.

HBSGURU here. Dunno, I think John and I gave this guy some wake-up advice about chances at HBS etc, and he appreciated the hard facts, and will probably apply to a different spectrum of schools. I don't think he felt "dehumanized." I think he felt informed.
