The lack of a comic accurate suit (Gear set), is truly a missed opportunity. But most of what we got is pretty good.

Some of those capes go hard. Kinda wish some of them were part of the tv show

I think the Heaven Sent one is the closest we get for comic costume. Which it looks good. My opinion that they should have atleast given the comic outfit, and not a work around outfit

It's a reference to the spin-off show, Gen V. In there, there's a character named "Golden Boy" who has a golden suit, and he's intended to be be Homelander's replacement. All of his skins with the exception of the red one seem to be references to different characters. Starlight, Translucent, Soldier Boy, and Golden Boy. Funnily enough, the skin called "Soldier Boy's Boy" is the one based on Translucent, not Soldier Boy. I like the names, but they do seem to be pretty random.
