The fact that you believe Faith works and that God is the provider is enough reason for you to believe that you'll be able to buy the stand alone home, those offer some sense of privacy and space, i don't mean to say that duplex or townhouse are bad but I think a stand alone home is way better. Pray & believe and God will guide you on this journey of home ownership. Great video as always

Also Google and do a research on the builders, see if they get good reviews. Also get to know the rules of the Home Owners Association (HOA)

Great video. Current mortgage rates are very high, hopefully they will go down. If buying in a subdivision or HOA, be aware of the monthly fees and the rules of what is allowed and what’s not allowed. Speak with people who have owned property for 10 years plus in the desired market, and ask what they like about the town and what they don’t like.

From the first video I loved the second and fourth houses, and in this video I like the second House though I also consider the first house because of the social amenities it comes with. Overall, I pray that you will get the stand alone house.
