The tapering is such a unique plane. Nothing on this planet except for Rolls-Royce engine can ever sound that cool and amazing. I got goosebumps listening to it fire up.That is such a unique sound I would start that plane and run out of fuel just to listen to that thing start up from cold. Flying that has to be just such an amazing feeling every single time. Excellent plane/video keep up the good work.

This taper wing started as a kit from Nu Waco aircraft company owned by EA Bode. Ernie used original Waco blueprints to fabricate and sell kits for building the taper wing. He built kits and sold them to several people for a few years until he retired in New Mexico. EA Bode was my father and I helped him get started with the taper wing kit business many years ago.
